Hello! My name is Laura,
I offer a holistic approach to healing and transformation, guiding you through a deeply personal journey of self-discovery. Through a combination of shamanic practices, energy healing, yoga, breathwork, somatic practices, intuitive coaching, and powerful plant medicines such as Cacao, Hapé, Sananga, and others, we can explore both gentle and profound levels of healing. These sacred earth medicines provide an opportunity to connect with your heart and intuition, release deep-rooted blockages, and access transformative insights. My work is centered on creating a safe and compassionate space where you can heal, grow, and awaken to your authentic self. Whether through one-on-one sessions, group gatherings, or deeper work with medicines of the earth, I offer personalized guidance and also provide ongoing support to help you integrate the lessons and insights gained. This integration process is essential to ensure lasting transformation, helping you embody and sustain the positive shifts in your life. And ultimately empowering you to step fully into your highest potential.
